I happen to saw the following question posted.
"Hi Guru's , i am looking to buy 5 room HDB in west. Bukit Batok or Jurong . which is a better location ? Thanks"
And based on all the replies, all have recommended Jurong. May I know why?
Also if I compare Bukit Batok and Bukit Panjang! Does it mean Bukit Batok will be better? Or otherwise?
As currently considering to look at Bukit Panjang area for 4A or 5A.

Hi Yi Lin,
Jurong would be a better choice because of all the developments that are coming up according to the Master Plan 2008.
If you are pondering whether to purchase a property in Bt. Batok or Bt. Panjang, i would suggest Bt. Panjang :)

Alot of ppl say jurong Because Is easier to travel, more central then bt btaok. Compare of age of properties. Bt batok is much younger. Jurong have more demanding on renting. Overall is depend on person favorite!!
