Open Question
Hi, in order to qualify for the HDB loan, does the placement of the owner and occupier important? If I place my mum(divorcee with zero income and no CPF) as the owner and myself as the occupier and I'm actually the person paying for the loan, do we qualify?

Good day,

No Problem.
I would suggest that you get your HLE or IPA done prior to deciding where and what type of unit to purchase.

Should you need my assitance, please do not hesitate to call/text me @ 83 555 616

Thank you

Greetings,

It does not matter whether the occupier or owner pays, so long someone is coming up with the cash!

To qualify for HDB Loan, you must submit for HLE which will require the person paying for their income statements.

Hence in your situation, it is most likely you who is going to have to shoulder the responsibility.

Do contact me at hoshukai@gmail.com, should you require further assistance.

Cheers!
