Hi Mano,
I am sure these professionals can help you close the sales since the asking is reasonable.
It is really not easy to be real estate agent, due to the sales pressure and expenditures, let alone get exclusive due to unethic / greedy practices by some, yet good agents exists.
Just some feelings to comment since I happen to read this page.
I have a real buyer for axis, unfortunately budget around 900k - 950k for 2 bedrm FH in axis.
What our team do if the price is realistic price, we would commit our sales within certain time frame and do it...
