Dear Lee,
Based on the past transacted prices. Valuation is around 290-310k. Plus the COV is around 20-35k depend on the renovation n etc. your unit is 68sqm or 82sqm? Feel free to call me or sms me.

Your selling price will be close to the recent transaction + or - 5% in term for valuation and COV. Also, it will be good to know your target amount of profit when selling, as if that amount is for you to upgrade to another property.
