Hi Guru! I own a unit at Bishan 8 and I am wondering am I eligible to buy a resale HDB from the open market? My friend told me I can buy just that I cannot apply grant and HDB loan. Is that true?

Hi Ms Soh,
what your friend told you is true. You can buy a reslae HDb from the open market using a bank's loan only.

Yes you can buy a resale HDB, but you can only take a bank loan.
