For whatever reason of selling, this is a very good time to cash out profits at this junction of time with property prices shooting up and there are many genuine buyers with solid cash in hand.

I strongly affirm this statement as I had studied and understand the reason behind this bull market and recently I had served a few buyers who matched seller offer instantly without bargaining as long they like the unit!

CMA should be carried out to find out exact market value of your unit. It also depends on the condition of your unit.

It is very easy to figure out the market price and can achieve it using the right marketing tools.

Dear Frederick,

I suggest you submit a valuation request to HDB first. At least you can decide on the COV you hope to get after knowing the market value of the place. From there onwards, it's purely marketing efforts to solicit genuine buyers and of course the paper work!

I strongly suggest recruiting an agent to get the job done for you. But of course a competent and someone whom you feel comfortable working with.
