Hi Jeanette,

If you are a single Singapore Citizen age 35 and above, you can buy a 5-room or smaller resale flat buying under the Single Singapore Citizen Scheme. Single is not eligible to purchase new flat from hdb.

Jeanette, yes you can buy HDB 5room and smaller, also you get a single grant $11,000.

Hi Jeanette,

Yes you can buy a 4 or 5 room resale flat. If you taking housing grant, then your income cannot exceed $3k. If no housing grant, then no income ceiling. And single not eligible to buy new hdb flat. Any questions feel free to call me @ 96922315. Thanks.
