3)Strictly no "Company Mothers From China".
4) $1800 non negoitable include utilities
5) Viewing: Weekday evening after 7pm and before 9.30pm, Weekends: 2pm onwards

I shall answer your question first before I release my number to any agents as I do not want to get unnecessary calls.
1) Blk 6 - high floor
2) Fully Furnish w Air Con & SCV cable
3) It will be offically vacant on 15th Nov
4) Im the lady landlord who will be staying together w tenants.
5) There are total 3 bedrm + 1 hall + 1 kitchen + only 1 common toilet
6) Lastly No Indians
7) PRC students are ok, provided their profile must be scanned thru so that they can afford rental.
8) Im renting out 1 master bedrm + 1 common room + cooking allow + living room can be utilise.
Please note that the criteria that I posted must be met else I will not disclose my number. I hope you understand.
