I'm with Savills Residential (Spore), an Int'l property consultant firm. We specialise primarily in the prime districts in the orchard area (also Sentosa). I wonder if you are still keen in investing in Singapore properties. I can explain the requirements & process to you.

I can email to u a ready list (updated regularly) on those Singapore private residential condo properties which are "good-buy, value-for-money" located in Orchard (Dist 9), Holland/River Valley (Dist 10), Newton (Dist 11), near Sentosa and Marina Integrated Resorts areas (Dist 01-02)& part of Bt Timah (Dist 21). The properties shorlisted in my list are not exhorbitantly costly, yet able to fetch high rentals and resale values. Beside the list which i will provide, i will also attach past transacted resale prices/rental yields as well as competitive market analysis of the properties.Pros and Cons of buying such properties will also be given for your reference to help you make the best decisions before buying.

Thank you for your interest shown in Spore property. I recommend SOHO @ Central because it can be used for both commercial & residential purposes. SOHO is also located near the upcoming Integrated Resort. You may refer to my advertisements which I posted in this website.

Foreigners are eligible for most projects in Singapore except landed properties on Mainland Singapore. Financing for most projects launched works on Progressive Payment Scheme. However there are come projects which work on Deferred Payment.For new projects, option to purchase will be 5% of the selling price followed by 10% for the Sales & Purchase Agreement. The rest of the payment will depend on whether the payment scheme is progressive or deferred.
