Hi Maggie, if you are looking for the average resales price in this area, you can refer to HDB for the past transacted price. if you are selling, you will need to go to e-service on HDB site to apply for valuation. process takes about 2 weeks. drop me a call at 9687 1379 if you need more details.

my budget is only $400K in cash as we are an elderly couple and would like to buy a unit near our siblings at Strathmore any chance of old block like stirling road 4 Rm which i am ready to fofer $350 K
