I'm looking for one ap in singapore but i don't have any idea about the price and titledeed (for one bedroom near to orchard road if i'm right)and after i buy i can apply for citizen id number or not

I do have several studio units @Orchard Road, costing $1M up, will provide more info if keen to pursue further. what about this....Mackenzie 138 (just 5 mins to Orchard) studio @only $770K. call me @90035719

Hi , is totally 2 different issue , to be a Singapore PR , u have to work in Singapore min of 2 years and sometime depend on your income as well . Well is still fine for u to purchase a studio here .
I have 1 unit in Orchard area for sale , full facilities at a reasonable price .

Currently I have a rare studio unit in the heart of Orchard,walking distance to shopping malls/Cineplex/train station. It is priced below market value.. you can email me for more info.Foreigners are eligible.
Regarding after buying property and citizenship, it is 2 different issue..
