Does anyone have a 2-bedroom unit (947sqft) facing Watermark/Robertson 100 for sale? My budget is $1.2-1.25m max. Pls let me know, thanks.

I have a 2 br of 947sf but it is def looking at a higher price tag coz Inspira is a FH project near town. Avg psf is about $1600psf around Robertson Quay area ( eg. Watermark, Robertson 100, Rivergate, etc )
Are you able to up your budget a bit? If not, would you consider other areas? I have a few for you to consider
