I would like to find out the price of a Semi Detached somewhere around the area of Gerald Park or Gerald Crescent.
Is there a possibility to know roughly how is the valuation and price?

Hi,
The prices differ greatly based on condition of the house(original/newly rebuilt/renovated).
The most recent transacted units got about $700psf to $800+psf at $1.8mil for a 2573 sqft landed semi-D house to $1.33mil for a 1645 sqft terrace house.
Valuations are done by banks and are based on past transacted units.
