I can provide you an indicative valuation. All I need is your project name, floor area & storey height. The sources of indicative valuations will be either from OCBC,DBS Bank or Standard Chartered.Depending on your preference.

From a comprehensive valuation, we have our own valuation team at Dennis Wee Group. You may also want to engage your favourite bank to do it for you. It is advisable to do a comprehensive valuation if you intend to sell your property.

Hi, please note that valuation for sale by private party is based on willing seller and willing buyer with the following point to take note:

1. Which Level is the unit at?
2. The kind of finishing and last renovation done
3. What is the rental per month under the present tenancy
4. What is the size of the unit in term of sq m. or sq ft.
5. The compass direction of the Living Hall
Indicative value can be obtained in the URA's website under transactions for private property for the past prices.

Hope this will explain and resolve your requirement.

Cheers
