I am planning to purchase a unit at Orchard court at Oxley. However I understand that there are some issues if you have to rent out? Could somebody advise. Thanks

The main issues I could foresee are the age of the property (1970s), and the price/terms you set for the lease. If I remember correctly, it is classified as an "apartment" rather than a condo, so on-site amenities may be limited, for those who might care.
