What is the status of Spottiswoode Park? Is it HBD status or like other HUDC (Gilman, Ivory) which has private property status? If interested to purchase a flat there, can it still be serviced by CPF since it is over 20 years old?

Spottiswoode Park is a private estate. It has a balance of 69 years. If you are thinking of purchasing a unit there, you may service it with CPF.
