Hi,
I have seen some HDB flats in Bishan point blocks which has their own rooftop gardens.
Each point block only has 4 of such units, on a high floor.

Can anyone enlighten me:
- what kind of flats are these? Maisonettes to one-floor EA?
- roughly how much are these flats going for?
