Well both condo have their facilities and amenities. It all depend on you whether which one you intend to choose but just go round and see a few units before you decided to purchase.

Which is a btter buy depends on a lot of factors:
1. Price - psf
2. Location - Everybody know that
However, very few people take into consideration the re-marketability of the property. If, at any point you want to sell the propoerty off again - can you do this within a short time, at the market price?
This consideration is most important for a investment property.
If you can provide more information on the questions, maybe I can be of better help. let me know.

Hi Neko,
It depends on which property you prefer. Both are equally good property but buying house is a long term investment, it lay down which property you are comfortable with.

Emerald Gardens is located in the CBD district,mins to Shenton/Chinatown. Spring Grove is located in the prime district 10. Both are commanding high rental yield. So, it depends on what is your intention of buying : Buy to stay or investment, the price you paid for and also depend on other factors too.
