I want to rent out my place, Farrer Park Rd, which is near Farrer Park MRT station. It is a four room flat, fully furnished, with air-con in every room, HDB approved. May I know how much is the market price for my place right now?

The lastest rental price for a HDB whole unit in Farrer park is 2200
Can i know how many years are you looking for as i have a NUS lecture looking for a unit around the area but he is looking for at least 2 years or more.schedule to start his viewing from this weekend.
