please don't worry about the age of the building..This is the open market..willing buyers and willing sellers..
It very much depends on the marketing strategy

Yes. Based on the current market of HDB, it would be easy to sell=)
But the valuation have to be based on your condition of the house, location & floor level.
Why don't you give me a call?
i can explain to you in details at no obligation!
Anyway i have ready buyer at all area that would generally give a high COV, cash above your valuation.

No worries on the age. There will still be buyers wanting to buy due to personal reasons, or even from an investment point of view to rent out.
However, depending on the location and condition of the unit itself and also its surroundings, do not be alarmed if it takes a slightly longer period to market your unit.
Can i suggest to discuss on the marketing of your unit in details? I sold similar 30year old units in Beach Road.
