I'm marketing a unit at Boonview now. It is located at Marymount Road, near to Upper Thomson Road.
Although this is not a new development, there are many selling points:
1) 3+1+1 duplex type(2 storey). Spacious. 14 floor. You will hardly find this type in new development.
2) Freehold. 5 minutes walk to Marymount MRT. Expat prefers to live in places near MRT. Can get tenants easily. Rent should be around $3.5k.
3) SHOWROOM QUALITY - Better than new development!
4) Near to major town centres: Bishan J8 and AMK Hub. 5 minutes drive to Novena. Expressway just nearby.
5) Near to major schools: RI and Cathetic High
It is very worth to take a look. Asking for $138500, about $912 psf.

I have an urgent sale - high floor 3BR at The Arc at Draycott. Main door is facing south but perhaps your client can consider as the unit is selling below valuation and $300PSF less than neighbouring projects! Miki 8113 7182
