I am looking for a HDB for rent in the Sengkang, Punggol, Simei, Tampines or Ris area. My max budget is 1.8K only for a 3+1 furnished/pf hse. Can you help? Need to move in by Oct 1.

I have had a couple of enquiries about renting in Sengkang/Punggol area. I have a spreadsheet which shows the cost of rent in the two areas. Do let me know if you wish me to share it with you.
