Hi, I'm looking for a competent and resourceful agent who specialise in selling Dunman View. I'm staying in high floor, facing South with partial seaview, 1324sft, 3+1 maid rm, no noon sun, best stack in DV. Asking only $889 per sft! Only confident agents need to reply, serious seller. Thank you!

I have studied the area round there, The most recent highest transacted price during october 13th is at 883 psf which the floor area is at 1216sqft and at 16th floor.

Your unit with the facing and high floor should fetch a very good price. For the price you have stated and asked should not be a problem to market it. Average price for the Dunman view is aorind 850 - 885 psf.

I will do my best to market your unit with the best expose of the market.

I checked through the records, the last transacted price for a 1324 sq feet unit on the 9th floor was 980K with the psf amounting to $740.13 per square feet. Prices look very competitive currently with some 3 and 4 bedroom units in Dunman view selling for $850 to $880 psf. I hope this will give some insight into the current pricings for units Dunman View.


However, with its good proximity to good schools such as Tanjong Katong Girls School and Tanjong Katong Secondary School, It will certainly appeal to expatriates and potential investors.

You seem to have a good unit with a good direction-facing which will definitely expedite the process of selling your unit.

I believe we can work out something to gain maximum returns from the sale of your unit.
