I am thinking of buying a Condo unit. Prefer the East. Is this a good time as prices seem to be falling, so should i wait a bit? Areawise, I am looking at some niche quality - Katong (good schools and beach), Simei (proximity to Changi Business Park) or Bedok Reservoir (lake). Any comments on this?

Hi Vijay,
It is predicted that the property market will plateau within the next year. When exactly, most are not sure. However, if you wait a little while, you may encounter a few factor. It is my opinion that with the upcoming IR opening soon, we will see a rise in the property market. However this too is just speculation.
If you'd like, I could provide you an analysis of the areas you are targeting for your condo unit. I do have clients who have visited and acquired units near Bedok Reservoir and have had many great comments about that area.
