Hi Guru, My husband & I are both PR, we are renting this flat for 3yrs already. We have not much CPF yet as we just had our PR 3 years ago, we dont have much cash but we are willing to loan, can I still find a flat with 2 bedrooms+ 1 utility with a low cash? We are not particular about the flat condition, original is acceptable also as long as we can afford. Thank you

Hi there,im sure you can ,it will also depend on the location you pick, i have recently sold a few units that are about 6k above value.
