I am planning to buy a house near by to Hougang MRT.
Preferred to have near by to any good Primary school and strictly walkable distance from MRT.
My workplace is near by to Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2.
My requirement is 4 room HDB flat and walk in condition. Which area I should say that I should buy? Can u suggest?

I have quite a few 4As & 4Rs type which are near to Hougang MRT which asking for reasonable cash value.

Hi,
You can try looking at Somewhere at hougang blk 9xx series as there is a direct bus that goes to the industrial park.There are oso a few good schools such as Hougang primary,xinmin primary,yio chu kang primary..etc..
