Hi I've got a tenanted property in Florida and it's 3 bed rooms @1302 sq ft. My current lease will expire on 15/10/2008. As my wife and I are usually abroad, and due to last tenant personal obligation, I need to find another tenant by End Oct. Can anyone advise on the rental price, readily accepted by the market and able to rent it out fast if I intend to lease it out for 2 yrs. How much is the commission for 2 yrs contract?? Cheers, DC

HI DARREN..RENTAL OVER THER CAN FETCH FROM...3.5K TO 4K OR EVEN ABOVE...IT DEPENDS ON THE RENOVATION,..FULLY FURN OR PARTIAL FURN...COMMISSION WISE WOULD BE A MONTH OF THE RENTAL AMOUNT + 7%GST FOR A 1 YEAR LEASE TO 2 YEARS...IT WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED IF WE COULD DISCUSS THIS ON THE PHONE...DO CONTACT ME FOR A MORE DETAILED INFORMATION..THANKS.

Hi Darren,

On top of the location and furnishings, rental will also depend on the condition of the property. To get a better idea, it would be good if an agent could take a look at your property and from there give an more objective opinion.
