Go to HDB Hub Toa Payoh, take a queue no. & speak directly to a HDB Customer Officer. List down all the questions prior to the meeting. Almost all agents (including myself) will prob give different opinion/answers. YOU cant go wrong with a HDB Customer Officer. Rgds Ravin 9798-5917 KNIGHT FRANK

This will also give you an better idea of what to expect.

One of my clients emailed them a list of questions and had a very comprehensive reply. It is mandatory that all emails sent to any govt ministry has to be answered throughly.
