Hi Michael,
If the asking rent is right, it can be rented out very fast as this location is good. In order to estimate the rental price, may I know how big is your unit? For comparison purpose, a studio in R66 can command about S$2,500 per month. Please feel free to contact me at HP: 9436 1098 for further discussion.
Many Thanks & Warm Regards,
Angeline

Hi Michael,
I guess its only time norm and how high is your asking price for rental. I am currently marketing a few units at City Square Residences as well, and I know that there're plenty of different configuration here.
You might want to give me a call at +65 91253045 to let me know your which unit it is so I could do an estimation for you on how much your unit can be fetching realistically at a faster pace.
Also, it really depends on how efficient your agent is when it comes to marketing your unit.
Regards,
Benson

Hi Michael,
We need more information in order to answer your questions more accurately. You probably have heard that the rental market is softening. In general, the market is very short of bigger units, i.e. 4 bdrms above 2000s.f. As such, these units will command better rental yield. The timing of your TOP is also very crucial as there are constant supply of new apartments streaming in. Currently, the market is quite saturated with studios and 3 bedroom units under 1500 s.f., thus the rentals of such units have come down quite substantially. Do give me a call for a non-obligatory discussion on this.
Thanks
