Hi Chris,
The studio in most current completed projects (Icon/8@Mt sophia/Parc Emily..etc) are around 550-700sq ft.As for Parc Sophia 474sq ft,due to its size, the rent will have to be slightly lower than these projects. Perhaps you should see more projects to do some comparison before commit?
