Hi Jenny,..so far,there are no news or any word of mouth going around for an enbloc..for rental wise,we can try the market..if your property is renovated,then we can attract people to view your unit,..if it's a move in condition,then we can attract for company lease,..i mean,no harm trying to rent out,..u just never know someone out there are looking for a place at your area,..do contact me for enquiries on the rental your property can fetch.rental price also depends on several reasons to come to an acceptable price...thanks.
