The Singapore Land Authority (SLA) restricted foreigner to purchase landed property (eg,Cluster hse, Terrace, semi-detached, detached & Bungolow), For Permanent Residents, still need to aplly for Approval through SLA and subject to approval, each application charge a non-refundable fee of SGD500.00.

Anyway, the only exception place that SLA allow foreigner to purchase is at the SEntosa Resort Island that the Bungolow priced at USD3 million to US6Million.
If your Budget is less than aboved mentioned, there are still few cluster house project that are foreigner eligible due to the project is a mixture of Apartment and Cluster House( town House), Interested I can look out for you.

Due to the scarcity of land in Singapore, only Citizens & PRs are eligible to purchase landed properties.

You may want to invest in new projects such as the Coterie at District 10. It is a luxurious apartment project with 27 exclusive units. The balcony oversees the Singapore Botanical Garden. Strategically located @ Holland Road, near to famous schools & 5 minute drive to Orchard Road. The famous local shopping district. I can send you the floor plans.
