Hello, I am a serious/genuine buyer looking for a FH condo for own stay. In particular, I am looking for a good condition unit with minimum 3 bedrooms, larger than 1,100 sqft, unblocked view with a separate maids room/bath, and NOT next to any religous sites. I am interested in units at Crystal Rhu (above 5th floor; nothing lower/ no pool view), Fortredale (any floor acceptable) but am open to any other suggestions in the areas along the main roads of TJ Rhu/Fort Road/ MB/ Marine Parade/ Still Road (for PHs only)/ Tembing Road/ Telok Kurau area (for PHs only) - but ideally far away from Changi or Geylang road. I am available for viewing and will make quick decisions for purchases. Am only interested in serious sellers.
