I am looking for a condo 2-3 rooms near MRT near to east, northeast or central but no hurry to move as we want to find the best buy. Can you recommend a good agent? How long is the transaction?

I think I might just have the perfect Condo that you are looking for. In fact, I have 2 units just next to Novena MRT and they are both in tip-top condition. It will also be a good investment because this location is fetching very high rental and is very popular amongst expats. Hi Hooi, I have a property along Guillemard rd near to Paya Lebar Mrt... This area is going to be a big business hub in future... 10mins to East Coast.. at the same time, the unit i'm selling is a 2 bedroom unit size is 958sqft and currently it's tenanted to an Australian Teachers with a rental of $3100/- per mth. This is a freehold unit... and the owner agreed to sell at $780,000/- only!!!!!! IT's VERY CHEAP!!!! Do call me, Raja Razie HSR
