Hi Chris,..after seeing the price that you are looking at to sell,..im more confident in marketing your unit since iw was designed by wing tai designer,..past transaction record shows that,it iwas going at $1200-$1400...and the price u are looking at fall in the category..worked with many of my team of professionals,...will be my great pleasure to commit...

Dear Chris,
How are you doing? I'm glad to inform you on both the prices for sales and rental. Today's asking price for sales rages from $1200psf-$1400psf. This is determined by the size/layout/level/renovation etc... In march the transacted price for a unit of size 127sqm was 1.8M
As for rental you are looking at 6k for a three bedroom and 4.5k for a two bedroom.
