can anyone provide more info for this cnodo pls? when is the expected top and which exact location along east coast is it stationed? Also does it hv bigger size units in this condo?

C&H Group is the sole agency engaged by the developer "Crescendas" to market this freehold project " East Coast Residence"
It is located near Bayshore Road. As per last week, more than 70% of the units were sold. We left with 8 units of 2-bedrooms (est 861 sqft up) and 10 units of 3-bedrooms (est 1001sqft)
Estimated TOP in Dec 2010. In order to complete on schedule or earlier, the developer had demolished the showflat for commencement of construction activites.
If you are keen in the project, feel free to contact us at HP 90256676. We could make arrangement for you to see the sale model and the floor plans.
In addition, please note that the deferred payment scheme is still avaliable for this project.
