I just rented out a 1+1 unit at sembawang this weekend for $1.5k. It's a five room flat with one room locked and the master room is a combination of 2 rooms - resulting in just one bedroom and the entire unit left to be rented out. Therefore i've in hand a ready pool of tenants wanting to take up a unit in Sembawang. You can give me a buzz at 90678531 if you are keen.
