Hi Ms Teo,

There is no GST charged for residential properties purchase. In your case (base on a purchase @ $700k),the stamp duty u have to pay as a buyer will be amounting to

Purchase Price ($700k) X 3% -$540 = $15,600.

Kindly contact/sms me at (+65)9436 8642 (24-hrs hotline) or drop me an email at "ng.titan@gmail.com" with regds to your requirements (e.g. many rooms, the floor area, whether u need any facilities, etc) and i will email to you my recommended listings asap.

Thanks & God Bless!
