Hi, i'm a single australian coming to work in singapore early next month, looking to rent a whole HDB unit or maybe private studio apt with budget $2k near orchard mrt.please advise. Thank you for your help.

Hi Mr Tan,
With your budget, I am sad to say that only a HDB unit can fits ito your needs.
Orchard MRT is in district 9 and the properties rental for a private studio can go as high as $4000 - $5000 a month depending on how old the apt is.
MAybe you will like to consider an HDB unit in somwhere near orchard Mrt like Toa Payoh,Ang Mo kio or even Bishan.
