Hi Ms Ho,

It is advisable to be extra careful when doing contra as it involves quite a bit of potential hiccups.

If possible, please let me do up a detailed proposal for you when I find out more from you your immediate needs.

Please contact me at hoshukai@gmail.com or my mobile!

Hi Ms Ho,

Doing HDB contra requires all 3 parties ackowledgement and agreement on the completion date. It takes a good housing agent to help you negotiate with the buyer for your current flat for the required extension and search and negotiate the right unit to purchase to have a early completion to match the correct timeline for the funds to be back and out in time.

But the important part is not really the contra as that can be discussed with the buyer/seller. The foremost important now is your cash component up front for the upgrade. There are many details involves such as HLE, Bank loan and many other miscellaneous cash components involvement. I can meet up with you at your convenient time and location for a no-obligation HDB timeline walk-through and cash components involved at different stage of the transaction process. I believe after this session you will be more clear about how to proceed from there.

If you have decided to do contra for your Sell/purchase flat and is in need of a professional housing agent service, do give me a call at 9836-0326 or email me at george.er88@gmail.com.

Thanks and Best Regards,

Hi Ms Ho

You have to arrange the buying and selling of your hdb on the same day and make sure you have enough fund to buy the 4 bedroom hdb. From 2 bedroom (3room ) to 4 bedroom is quite a big jump .
