Looking for a unit to buy at Papilon (3 bedrooms) at Jalan Rama Rama. What is the market price like now? i'm not in a hurry. will the property prices fall in the coming 3-6 months time?

in my personal view, analytical figures shown in the mass media are only useful for reference and may not be true reflection of current/future situations (sometimes, even analtyical figures can be very contradicting to one another). There's is never a Right or Wrong time to buy. Your decision to buy will have to depend mainly on your needs.
Nevertheless, I have a readily updated list of 3-bedrm units in Papillon currently for sale & past transacted prices of similar Papillon units compiled for your review. Together with a competitive analysis (based on psf) of 3-bedrm units currently for sale in other condo developments around Papillon vicinity, I can email to you.

De Royale is transacting between $980 - $1030psf based on the caveat raise in the recent few months. Papillon is transacting between $660 - $720psf.
The newspaper mentioned that the "smart money" are shopping for good units to buy. We are also currently bringing our clients to "shop" for units for investment.
It is very difficult to predict when the market will bottom out or whether it will drop further. But if you look at the US stock market, sentiment seems positive so hopefully things hold out this year, and starts to pick up next year. Usually we have to be very lucky to buy right at the bottom.
Do drop us an email if you wanted to discuss further, or wanted us to help "shop" for good units.
