I'm confident in fetching your unit above 2.1k. As i'm specialize in renting out jurong west units. So far all my block 600 series closes above 2.1k. Your unit should be able to fetch from up to $2000 depending on your interior and tenants.

The rental rate for your current flat should be able to fetch for about $2K depend on the type of tenants that you are expecting.
