Hi,

Denny had given you the procedure to get the info that you needed.

I would like to help you do a more detailed financial calculation so please contact me if you are keen. Financial calculation for the sale of a house would be important and I am offering this service to share knowledge in real estate finances so that buyers and sellers would be better informed.

Looking forward to hear from you.

The S&P process needs careful and confident planning in financial, timeline and checklist especially HDB, CPF, bank and lawyer etc. Recently my client 'suddenly' bought a dream condo while 'holding on' to a HDB flat.
They needed the extra 'funds' for the condo.
Hence, after a series of planning, discussion and deliberation, they finally decided to sell their HDB unit.
Engage an agent if you expect a consistent S&P process.
The stress relief effort is enormous and the commission is insignificant.

Hi there,
If you got your SingPass, simply follow the below steps to check out your CPF monies used plus Accrued Interest. This amount will be refunded to your CPF Ordinary A/C within 14days after the Completion Date (ie. HDB 2nd Appointment) accordingly.

1. Log in with SingPass via www.cpf.gov.sg
2. Select "My Statement" on the left panel
3. Scroll down to [Section C] & click "Property"
4. Scroll down & select "I wish to view My Public Housing Withdrawal Details"

You'll be able to view the Principle Amount Used & Accrued Interest in this page.

Hope the above helps. =)

Please let me know if I'll be able to be of service to you & your family if you should require any housing services. Thanks!
