Dear Owner
You can advertise in the papers but u need to do your own paperworks,do viewing,handle calls etc.
Or you can engage a pro to handle all the activites for u.

if you need assistance in marketing your unit, kindly contact me as i used to stay in blk 60X. But like my fellow agents had mentioned do ensure your unit has MOP.

Dear owner,
Based on your enquiry, I suppose that you do not have any intention to engage an agent to assist you in marketing. Propertyguru is meant for CEA registered salesperson who have subscribed to paid account to put up their listings for marketing.
Owners are advised to list their properties on other property portals (free or paid) or advertise in Classified ads to market their property.
FYI, I have recently rented out a 5room HDB in Jurong West St 61 for $2,800.

Afternoon,
If you have fulfilled your MOP, you can list your unit for rental through the papers or other web-based property site. You might be required to pay subsription fee for that.
Alternative, you can engage the services of licensed salesperson to assist you, at a fee, of course.
