THe Caveat (Past Transacted Prices) for Feb 2008 & Mar 2008 for a 3-bedrm in Parc Vista is around $640k to $660k.

Dear Madam,
Based on the current market for the past 1 month the asking price3 bedroom is within the range of 600k to 780K .
The Caveat for the past month for unit of floor area of
1044Sqf to 1066 Sqf transacted between 550k to 580K
1249sqf to 1259Sqf transacted between 655K to 690K
