any idea how much would i be able to fetch for selling a 4 bedroom hdb, blk 603 woodlands just opposite of 888 plaza.

Hi R,
Past transactions are about $385k to $400k in your area so it will a +/- around those figures. But it will be very subjective as different units have different state of conditions, facing, renovation and so on.
So if you are really keen in selling your unit, I will suggest to do a formal valuation first then you will have a better idea how much can your unit fetch including COV.

There was a unit at Blk 603 sold in Dec for $385K. You can take this as a reference selling price.
