Can a single buy this EC unit @ Park Green?

Dear claire,
If you are a foreigner,u can only buy EC when the EC is after 10 yrs (from the date of TOP)
If you are a local or SPR above 21yrs,u can buy the EC when it has satisfied the minimum occupation period (MOP)of 5 yrs.It will be treated like a private transaction.
Single no problem in buying.
