Hi there
if you know the unit number of the unit, u may proceed to purchase the floor plan @ $5 via www.hdb.gov.sg.
Once u have paid the $5, you will be able to received it via email immediately.
For other hdb enquires/procedures, do feel free to contact me. Thank you.

Hi Hmkhaing,
As for the floor plan, you can either borrow for someone that stay there or purchase for HDB - Toa payoh at $5 each.
