I'm Citizenship with monthly income of $4000, my husband is from china with visit pass. Can I buy a HDB resale flat? My CPF Ordinary account approx. 64k.

As you are a Singapore Citizen, you will be eligible to purchase a resale HDB flat together with your spouse, who is a foreigner, under the Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme.
