i plan to sell my 3 room A at blk 162 , bukit batok ST 11 ,my flat is at 10th floor , the lift upgrading just started, how much can i expect ?

On the pricing, I believe that other gurus had responded to it. However, a post on guru will not be enough to give you the best advice possible.

I would strongly encourage that you look for an agent that you are comfortable working with to have an in-depth face-to-face discussion.

Hi K H,

How much do you intend to fetch? Based on recent transacted prices which is easily available from HDB website, guide price for an average unit should be about $320,000.

In order to know better how much your is worth, a proper valuation needs to be done by HDB assigned valuation officer and work out the final sum from there.

The sales transaction needs to be planned carefully to avoid any unforeseen hiccups, especially so if you are intending to purchase after selling or do contra.
